數(shù)控機(jī)床熱變形問(wèn)題及其控制

3 d. F; k9 ~& x; o- wokuma提出了“與熱共舞”的概念(thermal-friendly concept),將主軸,機(jī)身植入熱傳感器,并(據(jù)說(shuō))采用“熱對(duì)稱”(我的理解就是設(shè)計(jì)時(shí)植入某種熱變形與加工時(shí)產(chǎn)生的熱變形互相抵消)方法,來(lái)控制加工精度。所提供的實(shí)驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)顯示x軸的變形量可以控制到8個(gè)微米(0.008mm),y軸5個(gè)微米(0.005mm),z軸6個(gè)微米(0.006mm)。

還有瑞士一家,也是有相應(yīng)的控制熱變形量的方法。相信中國(guó)也會(huì)跟進(jìn)。! i0 P; W( a" N- {

最近也在關(guān)注這個(gè)問(wèn)題,只能從零件尺寸變化來(lái)反映趨勢(shì)了。不知道還在找其他方法探索熱變形問(wèn)題,共勉

如果沒(méi)有自動(dòng)熱補(bǔ)償裝置,長(zhǎng)時(shí)間運(yùn)作就需要人工不斷地調(diào)整設(shè)定的參數(shù)。  發(fā)表于 2014-12-24 03:02
對(duì)于高速量產(chǎn),這個(gè)問(wèn)題比較突出。零件尺寸變化當(dāng)然是最直接結(jié)果?烧{(diào)整的參數(shù),應(yīng)該是刀具的offset。  發(fā)表于 2014-12-24 02:38
