這是NSK的一項(xiàng)專利設(shè)計(jì),國內(nèi)好像人本也申請了。其實(shí)說穿了,也沒啥;就是在有些應(yīng)用中,以軸承腔是鋁合金為例,鋼和鋁熱膨脹率不同,發(fā)熱后,為了防止外圈在軸承腔內(nèi)爬動,所以有意的做個(gè)偏心槽。這樣一來靠制動環(huán)的偏心量來和軸承腔摩擦阻止軸承外圈的爬動。(好人做的底,下面是從網(wǎng)上找的,貼過來)6 K! T4 p5 P+ l3 j* F: E

of a rolling bearing built in a rotation support section of each auxiliary machine for an automobile, such as an alternator or car air-conditioner compressor, from rotating in a housing.# p' ^4 W$ x* L4 q n6 y& X, j
Various auxiliary machines for an automobile often have a housing made of an aluminum alloy within which a rolling bearing for supporting a rotation shaft built. In the case where the rolling bearing is built in the inside of the housing, the outer ring forming a part of the rolling bearing is stationary fixed to the inside of the housing by a fittingly inserting manner. forming the housing has a thermal expansion coefficient larger than bearing steel forming the outer ring of the rolling bearing. Thus, if no countermeasures are taken, when temperature rises, the interference of the outer ring relative to the housing is lowered (or is lost), so that a so-called creep where the outer ring rotates in the housing is occurred and a rattle is simultaneously occurred in the rotation support section because of the rolling bearing. 前言:本實(shí)用新型涉及一種含有偏心止動環(huán)的滾動軸承,包括:本體(1);在本體(1)的外徑上車加工一個(gè)與軸承外徑不同心的偏心槽(12);所述偏心槽(12)的圓心與軸承的圓心有個(gè)偏心量e;還包括一個(gè)止動環(huán)(11);所述止動環(huán)(11)安置在偏心槽(12)內(nèi);本實(shí)用新型的有益效果是:當(dāng)軸承安裝在軸承室內(nèi)時(shí)由于有偏心量的存在,當(dāng)軸承有旋轉(zhuǎn)的趨勢時(shí),止動環(huán)卡緊量會隨著增加阻止軸承外徑跟隨轉(zhuǎn)動,防止了打滑轉(zhuǎn)動的現(xiàn)象。1 H1 p& n5 G, Z( f6 s: t* X
