求大神們幫忙看看這樣算對(duì)嗎,不對(duì)的話(huà)應(yīng)該怎么算?如圖,已知:1.圓艙重量為m=1330kg,整體偏心d=0.25m;
2.圓艙骨架重量為m1=880kg,圓球單個(gè)質(zhì)量為75kg,距離A軸L=0.12m;
3.繞水平軸A轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)慣量Ia=1108kg*m^2;
4.繞水平軸A旋轉(zhuǎn),角加速度為α=0.098rad/s^2;
5.加速8s后,按角速度ω=0.7854rad/s勻速旋轉(zhuǎn);
6.受重力垂直朝下;
求:計(jì)算轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)的驅(qū)動(dòng)功率(電機(jī)功率)
我的算法是這樣的:
1.繞水平A軸的轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)慣量是 Ja=1108kg*m^2;
2.繞水平A軸的慣性矩是 T=Ja*α=1108*0.098=108.584N*m;
3.旋轉(zhuǎn)驅(qū)動(dòng)的摩擦系數(shù)取μ=0.02,Tf=mg*μ=1330*9.8*0.02=260N*m;
4.繞水平A軸的啟動(dòng)功率時(shí) P=(T+Tf)*ω/η=(108.584+260)*0.7854/0.9=321.65W
感覺(jué)驅(qū)動(dòng)這么重的偏向圓盤(pán)旋轉(zhuǎn),不應(yīng)該功率這么小,這樣算對(duì)嗎?
