4樓說的比較明白，我理解的是：第一個是3/16”的沉頭通孔（（比M4大一點，），沉頭角度是82°，裝的時候用#8的螺釘，有14處；
第二個估計在其他視圖，要是沒其他視圖，你可以按比例自己算一下，

The first picture: Drill a 3/16” through hole, tap the countersunk head angle of 82°, thread specification 8#, deep penetration threaded holes, a total of 14 places;
The second picture: the depth of the threaded hole in the planing surface is 0.103。

第一個圖的意思是鉆3/16”通孔，攻沉頭角度82° 8#貫穿螺紋 14處
第二個圖孔的直徑應(yīng)該是標注在圖紙其他同樣的孔處
